          Muscle Tests= Negative or Stable
          Nerve Conduction = Negative or Stable
          Range of Motion = Pain Free

PHASE THREE: REHABILITATION(Remodeling)

Rehabilitation care is complete when...

       All of the above are maintained.

           Strength is Restored.
